Paper signages are made from handmade papers and faintly embossed with watermarks resembling shop signage of big corporate chain stores, and they fill up the narrow space of a corridor in the exhibition site.  The visuals resemble a typical Mongkok street crowded with people and shops.

The signage is symbolic of the deep-rooted consumerism culture and the corporate brand dominance surrounding our daily lives.  The whiteness of the paper washes away their glamour and reduces them to the essence.  The viewers can reflect on what actually lies behind the shopping experience.
